Please complete all information. After receipt of your Slip Registration you will receive a confirmation notice. At that time, we will require the additional documents to be either mailed or faxed to the marina. Upon approval, the marina will contact you, and at that time your slip assignment will be made.

A copy of current vessel registration/documentation, insurance policy and a current color photo of the vessel are required.

Slip and privileges are non transferable.

Liveaboard status (2 max) is an additional charge, please see the current rate sheet.

A written notice must be provided 30 days prior to the date of vacating.

Applicant represents that all statements herein are true and current and hereby authorizes CALIFORNIA YACHT MARINA to verify all supplied information and check with corresponding credit bureaus.

I understand that this is an application only, which must be approved by the marina's home office prior to commencement of any licensed use of the marina's property.

By submitting this form I agree to the terms and conditions of the License Agreement provided by California Yacht Marina. This form is not a guarantee of agreement but only an application for approval.
